Back Into The Swing Of Things

Okay, I’ve been gone for awhile – I know. We suffered a family tragedy two months ago, and I’m finally starting to pick up the pieces of that. Unfortunately, I went away from my low-carb lifestyle for awhile too. It was much easier to grab a burger at a drive-thru than to cook my own meals. I’m not proud of it, and I’m especially not proud of the 7 lbs I have gained doing it!

So, I’m back on track, and I really mean track! … I’m keeping a record now of everything I consume. I find it helps to “keep me real” when judging my consumption.
