It’s probably going to take awhile for me to get down to the nitty-gritty of what my actual meals consisted of, including recipes and shopping planners, so I thought I would include a little snapshot of what I consumed yesterday. This is an extremely typical day for me, and I have tried to be as precise as possible as far as amounts, times, etc. Remember, I do not usually weigh or measure food, so these are my best estimates.
6:30 am - Wake up, shower, dress
7:15 am - Regular coffee, 1 tbsp cream, 1 packet sweetener
8:00 am - One small banana nut muffin with 1 tbsp butter, 8 oz zero cal mixed drink
9:15 am - Four strips bacon, three scrambled eggs with goat cheese and sundried tomatoes, 1 cup mushrooms fried in butter, 8 oz water
10:00 am - Regular coffee, 1 tbsp cream, 1 packet sweetener
11:00 am - 20 Italian style beef meatballs with Alfredo sauce, 8 oz water
3:00 pm - 1/3 cup kettle cooked peanuts, Jalepeno flavour, 1 regular black tea with 1 tbsp milk and 1 packet sweetener
6:00 pm - 15 deep fried chicken wings, lightly floured, dressed in Caribbean spice, side Caesar salad, veggies with homemade dip, 1 can diet soda
9:00 pm - Five cups of popped popcorn with butter and salt, 8 oz zero cal mixed drink
Again, this is a typical day for me, and eating like this, I have already lost 35 pounds. I plan on posting more days like this, including recipes for homemade meals, dips, and other assorted yummies.
